Chlorpyrifos was one of five broadest pesticides used in the world wild. The problem caused by chlorypyrifos residual in the environment can not be ignored. White-rot fungi were famous as its capability of biodegradation, having a good applied foreground in amends environment pollution. In this thesis, biodegradtion of chlorpyrifos by Phanerochaete chrysosporium (PC) and Coriolus versicolor (CV) have been studied. The result including:Researching the condition of produce enzyme, the conclusions showed that: glucose concentration 10g/L, ammonium tartrate 240mmol/L. Mn2+ 10 ug/L, 370C, pH 4.5, 130 rpm/min, the cycle was 6 days. After study the characteristic of enzyme, we knew in the condition of 500C, pH 4.0-4.5, the MnP activity was highest, but higher temperature and pH had lower stability. The better reaction system were H2O2 0.2mmol/L, MnSO4 1.25mmol/LChlorpyrifos has the biggest absorption apex at 293nm without disturb. Using PC and CV enzyme to degrade chlorpyrifos, It was showed that both had a higher degrade rate in acidity condition. When pH 4-4.5, the degrade rate is about 60%. Adding more chlorpyrifos at beginning, have a larger degrade rate at last. Additional guaiacol had much effect on CV enzyme to degrade chlorpyrifos. It was show that degradation process including mycelium degradation and enzyme degradation when using PC and CV to degrade chlorpyrifos during growth,. The degrade rate of PC was 96.35% including 49.48% was degrade by mycelium, The degrade rate of CV was 70.13% including 32.25% was degrade by mycelium, Mn2+, veratryl alcohol, guaiacol has much effect on white-rot fungi to degrade chlorpyrifos.Removing residual chlorpyrifos on the surface of vegetable by PC enzyme, the result was that the remove rate of cucumber and broccoli were 55.98% and 60.14%. Using PC to degrade chlorpyrifos in soil, we could know that chlorpyrifos residual degrade from 1.2(g/kg soil)to 0.6(g/kg soil)after 25 days. At the same the originality enzymes in soil also have great change.
