With the rapid development of industry, the oil leakage is a very serious problem in the extraction and transportation, and large quantities of oil pollutants come into the groundwater, surface water and soil. Due to the fact that most oil pollutants are hidden and last long, their bad effects are longer, i.e. decades or hundreds of years. No doubt it will be harmful for animals, plants and humans, damaging the ecological balance. In view of the severe results of the oil leakage, the management of oil pollution has aroused great attention. Compared with the physiotherapy and chemotherapy, microorganisms are inexpensive and won’t cause second pollution, and they can manage oil pollution better and thoroughly. Oil is a complex mixture, with different ingredients in different regions. Different microorganisms have different effects on different ingredients, besides, so the good results will be obtained by means of combining various bacteria, therefore, many scholars have made researches in this field.Choosing different kinds of white-rot fungi in northeastern China as the experimental objects, taking bran as the carbon source, this paper first compares the enzyme production quantity and the time when enzyme activity reaches the peak value respectively between single bacterium and complex bacteria, and then chooses best combination way of enzyme production for White-rot fungi. The results show that the inhibitory action is greater than the promotion action for the combination of Polyporellus picipes, Pleurotus ostreatus and Pycnoporus sanguineus in the secret process, and its largest enzyme production quantity is2.91U/mL, while for the combination of Polyporellus picipes, Pleurotus ostreatus and Pseudotrametes gibbosa, promotion action is greater than the inhibitory action in the secret process, and its enzyme production quantity is the largest, which is75.98U/mL. Researches of consumption law of nutrient substance find that the quantity and time of enzyme production of Laccase are related to the consumption of carbon sources and nitrogen sources in that the peak value of enzyme activity occurs at the consumption stage of logarithm, and the longer the consumption time, the lower the enzyme production quantity. The obtained optimal complex bacterial strains are made into the complex microbial inoculum by stirring, bottling, sterilizing and inoculating, and then the complex microbial inoculum is put into the simulated soil. The results show that complex microbial inoculum contributes to rapid degradation, and the more complex microbial inoculum, the better results. Adding distilled water helps to remove the oil pollutants, and the first20days has the best removing effects, and after that the process will be slow. The oil residual quantity reduces by16.571g/kg on the20th day with3g inoculum,8.762g/kg more than the soil without distilled water. On the100th day, the oil residual quantity reduces by21.316g/kg,2.493g/kg more than the soil without distilled water. The PH values are between5.8and6.2, which belong to weak acid environment and it is good for the microorganism growing.
