Punch or punching machine is a widely used equipment which makes ductile metal Mechanically processed. The conventional punch has two main form: crank punch and the hydraulic pressure ramming engine bed. The main drive of the crank punch led the slider act from top to bottom, and the material is punched by the forming equipment fixed on the slider (mold or tool).The hydraulic press takes the hydraulic pressure actuation power as the drive. Its main features are: no or few waste material; high efficiency; high strength of processed parts.This paper gets the corresponding curves by utilizing velocity and acceleration sensors which make the data signals get access to the corresponding addresses of the above PC through the data acquisition card, and utilizing the controller named "Wincc Function Trend Control" of the configuration software WINCC, and using the corresponding data in the address through VBS. Except that, the automatically judge results(whether failure) is gained by the drawed curves analysis through monitoring software on the PC. Compared to the former numerical control punch examination methods, the test system of the data processing and the demonstration judgement results are realized automatically; the operation is easy and feasible; Therefore, it has great significance and value of projects.
