This system is the main pattern of using the computer into the management of the enterprise.This paper setting out from actual problem introduces the system of the inspection of energy sources and the management of production ,for example of general corporation.The system was setted up with the process controlling produce ,SIEMENS PCS7 ,and gather the message of 233 dots.On the base of traditional DCS,the fieldbus was used to this system.The PLC was programmed with SEIMENS' STEP7 ,the Senior PC was programmed with SIMATIC WINCC.We programmed the system of the inspection of energy sources and the management for finishing statisticing and analysing,calculating the cost better.The system connects with the compositive OPC interface programme of WINCC by a user's programme.The manager may inspect the data of energy consume in production via this system real time,it gives a important criterion of the making use of energy sources.This paper introduce the system's design of hardware,software and the connetion of network. In the part of hardware it introduce the equipment and the signal connect in locale particular. In the part of software it intrduce the programme of PLC , WINCC and VB.The part of communication it introduce the technology of DCS and fieldprofibus,and show the system's structure and realization.This system is running in the general corporation now .This system can help consumer to understand the consume of materiel and energy,find problem and settle it in time,so we can improve the using of energy and materiel maximumly.We can reduce the energy and cost full-scale and also improve the economy and management efficiency.
