Those are to actively explore finance channels for environmental protection, create new financing mechanisms both in the construction of urban environment infrastructure and SMEs pollution control, and in accordance with the principle of government guidance, and market-driven, entrepreneurial operation, accelerate market-oriented reform of investment and finance system of environmental protection, and build a multi-market of investment and finance system of environmental protection.
