Study On The Multicomponent Reaction Catalyzed By Solid Acid

Multicomponent reaction (MCR) processes, in which three or more reactants were combined in a single chemical step to produce products that incorporate substantial portions of all the components, naturally comply with many of these stringent requirements for ideal organic synthesis.This paper mainly studied on multicomponent reaction which was catalyzed by solid acid, including (1) one-pot preparation ofβ-acetamido ketones via a three-component condensation reaction ; (2) synthesis ofβ-enaminones; (3) preparation of amidoalkyl naphthols in solution. All the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra. Meanwhile, the reaction mechanism was put forward for these reactions.
