The problem of public safety administration is closely connected with our society. With the development of our society, the importance and complexity of public safety administration is becoming obvious. Since the entry into the 21 century, the unsafe factors are increasing and unsafe cases occur frequently. The problem of public safety is becoming more and more serious and complicate, and the outcome of which is severer. In China, the society is in the period of transformation, that is to say, from traditional society to modern society, and planned economy to market economy. Therefore, the traditional public safety administration mechanism has fallen behind the rapid-changing public safety problem.As exhibition activities can be conducive to the development of architecture, transportation, communication, trade, tourism and so forth, many cities develop exhibition as the pivotal industry to attract investment and invigorate local economy. Wenzhou, as a region with developed private economy, has witnessed the increase of large-scale exhibition activities. While with the full swing of the exhibition activities, there appears a lot of hidden trouble that can not be neglected. By investigating and analyzing the current status of Wenzhou large-scale exhibition activities, the thesis discloses the existent problems. Furthermore, in view of regional features, the thesis analyses the current public safety security system by applying crisis management theory. In the final, based on the modern theory of public safety management and experience of other countries, the thesis explores feasible ways to solve the public safety problem of large-scale exhibition activities in Wenzhou.
