Research And Implementation Of Automatic Programming Technology For Field Application

NC machine tool is a kind of efficient and automatic equipment which processes the workpiece automatically according to the machining programs.Since the appearance of the first NC machine tool in 1952,NC machining technology has got rapid development and spread.As NC machine tool and NC programming are correlative,They are interdependent.With the popularity of the computer technology,programming methods are more and more abundant.A new method called automatic programming technology for field application between manual programming and automatic programming based on CAD/CAM is currently a hot subject of research.According to the different workpieces,the article presents the design and realization of automatic programming technology for field application,including three parts:1.After analyzing workpieces needed repeating process,the article implemented graphic programming system.The system allows for modifying the parameters and it will generate programs easily over again.2.According to more complicated workpieces,such as these consists of beeline and arc,blueprint programming system is presented.The article introduces eight basic elements of the workpiece and the algorithms of the elements.On the foundation blueprint programming is designed and implemented.Finally the convenience of the system is demonstrated by a corresponding example.3.According to the most complicated workpieces consist of curves,blueprint CNC System Based on STEP-NC is presented.After expatiating on the data model, program structure of STEP-NC,the article describes the blueprint of workpiece using STEP-NC.The description lays the foundation for the further job of CNC System Based on STEP-NC.
