How to dispose the dyeing waste water of high density, hard to be degraded economically and effectually is one of the problems for waste water researchers and printworks.Based on the former researches on the decomposition process of the dyeing waste water, the traiditional dyeing waste water treatment processes mainly containing the physical, chemical and biological techniques could not dispose it effectually because there is several reactive units in the dyeing waste water. In recent years, although the new technology containing, membrance separation, high pressure and high temperature degraded, photocatalytic oxidation and so on may decompose the dyeing waste water. But these are some problems such as high cost, unreliability and insecurity in the chnology. Chapter 1 Summarize In this part based on the reseach of decomposition of high density, hard to be degraded dyeing waste water , degraded mechanism of high density, hard to be degraded dyeing waste water using frequency conversion supersonic decomposition was provided . The content and technology are the direction of this work. Chapter 2 According to the dyeing waste water decomposition process was high cost and ineffect, the theory of supersonic and ultrasonic focalize decomposition method designed.Chapter 3 Frequency conversion ultrasonic uon-linear horn and control system. Chapter 4 In order to increase the amount of air in fluid and alter the diameter of air bubble, the dynamic adding pressure and dissolving air method was developed to ensure good decomposition property.Chapter 5 Experimentation A new set of apparatus for the relitionship of the ultrasonic horn size , ultrasonic frequency , diameter of air bubble , pressure ,time and the decomposition result .the dynamic model of ultrasonic focalization decomposition is constructed and optimized .Capter 6 Summing-upInnovation: ⑴The method in this artical is a new way to process the dyeing waster water of high consisitence and difficult decomposition.⑵Based on the research of the frequency conversion ultrasonic uon-linear horn and control system and dynamic adding pressure and dissolving air method, the dynamic model of ultrasonic focalization decomposition is constructed.⑶The result indicated that the method applied in the work is feasibility and reduce decomposition costs 35% than the traditional .
