The sol for nanometer TiO2 was prepared with tetrabutyl titanate as prescursor, anhydrous ethanol as solvent, glacial acetic acid as chelating reagent and hydrochloric acid as catalyst. The TiO2/ Al2O3 photocatalyst is obtained by dip-coating method. The supported nanometer TiO2 had remarkable photocatalytic activity, got easy to separate from reacting system, recycle and reuse1.The parameters such as the amount of tetrabutyl titanate, anhydrous ethanol, water and hydrochloric acid have been studied on the photocatalytic activity for degradation the solution of dyeing waste water. The results showed that the best processing condition is:tetrabutyl titanate 9mL, ethanol36mL,glacial acetic acid 1mL,water 2mL and hydrochloric acid 1.5mL.Programmed temperature,200℃insulation 1h,450℃calcined temperature 2h.At three times the load on alumina carrier.2.TiO2/Al2O3 photocatalyst was analysed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),infrared spectroscopy(IR),UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other modern methods. And analyzed its degeneration mechanism based on the decolorization rate and the removal rate of COD,The results showed that the most effective processing condition for photocatalytic oxidation degradation of dyeing waste water is 1h, initial pH value is about 4, quantity of the catalyst is 6g/L.The removal rate of COD achieved 69.3%,and it meets the requirement of printing and dyeing technology.3.Photocatalytic developed-integrated membrane separation reactor can be played on the same unit and photocatalytic properties of two types of membrane separation to resolve the photocatalyst powder loss and recovery of difficult questions,as well as improve the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation. Performance than the separate and individual photocatalytic membrane separation has been greatly improved.Printing and dyeing mill to achieve the water quality of the basic part of Section Back to water standards.
