As Tetrathiafulvalene derivatives and its metal Coordination compounds use in analytical chemistry,catalysis and molecular electronic devices, especially in 1986 year ,TTF[Ni(dmit)2]2 (dmit=1,3-dithiole4-ene-2- thione-4,5-dithiolate) has the superconducting property was reported for the first time. The research of metal complexes of organic sulphur ligands has been a rapid development. Scientists synthesized many tetrathiafulvalene derivatives and their metal Coordination compounds by modification and the conductivity become more and more better. The research of tetrathiafulvalene derivatives has become an important growing point.In this article, a new tetrathiafulvalene derivative was synthesized by the introduction of amide and the frame of tetrathiafulvalene, at the same time two coordination compounds were made with Ni2+ and tetrathiafulvalene carboxylic derivatives. One coordinates by S and the other by O. The formulas of the three compounds were determined by elemental analysis EA and ICP ; The structures have been characterized by 1HNMR,IR and UV; The electrochemistry properties were studied by cyclic vohammetry. The investigative result shows that the conductivity of amide tetrathiafulvalene derivative is better than the compounds coordinate with S and O.
