Water is the source of life and the indispensable natural resource of social production and human living .however, The question of water resource becomes one of the most outstanding problems of sustainable development of our country's social economic at present. The lack of water in colliery is a general phenomenon in china especially in northern colliery. At the same time, lots of coal mine drainage is discharged without treatment when coal is mined,which not only cause ambient pollution ,but also waste valueable water resource.Therefore,it is synthetically considered that utilization of mine water is the best choice of dealing with difficult problems of severe lack of water in colliery and ambient pollution ,besides,reasonable utilization will achieve the union of economic returns, social effect and environmental benefits.Base on the theory above, the recycle-treatment of coal mine drainage is put forward according to deficient water situation in Queershan Mine ,Zuoyun County,Shan'Xi Province.After experimental analysis on the water sample that is gathered in mining area,this paper come to the conclusion: the water quality of coal mine drainage in Queershan mining area is well and belongs to high suspended substance mine water. According to the condition of the water quality and stable coal water quantity in Queershan mining area, this paper proposes the best scheme, plan, disposal and technological process of the utilization of mine water through the theoretical analysis and the technical comparison. This papermakes the experimental study on the key operation—flocculation unit in theretrieval processing of mine water. Use the beaker to stir the experimental technique to carry on the flocculation experiment separately according to the designation of five kind of flocculant. The experimental result indicates when throwing one kind of flocculant separately, the PAC has best flocculation effect..The inorganic flocculant and the organic are cooperately match and threw better than they are thrown separately,The experiment indicates that the PAC and the PAM thrown together have the best flocculation effect. This paper indicated that the mine water of Queershan mining area can realize the maximized and completed use if this retrieval plan is carried out. There research plans contain certaintheoretical significance and practical value, which are worth using for reference.
