Coal mining inevitably discharges mine water,and most coal mines are located in water-scarce areas.The research on the treatment and utilization of mine water is helpful to alleviate the water shortage of coal mine,improve the green mine construction and clean production level,and promote the ecological civilization development of mining area.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the domestic and foreign scientific and technological literature,this paper analyzes the hydrochemical characteristics of mine water in a coal mine in Juye mining area,the research and practice of High-TDS water treatment technology and waste heat comprehensive utilization technology of medium and low temperature mine water have been carried out,the comprehensive utilization ways of mine water have been expanded,and the green mine construction and clean production level have been improved.The study is expected to provide theoretical basis for improving comprehensive utilization of mine water and clean production technology.The main results of the paper are as follows:(1)The chemical characteristics and changing law of mine water in a Coal Mine are deeply analyzed.During the construction of this Coal Mine,the amount of water gushing once reached 1600m3/h.After putting into production,the amount of water gushing soon became stable,and the amount of water gushing was about 1200m3/h.Mine water inflow mainly comes from sandstone water and three-ash water in the roof and floor of No.3 Coal Mine.The water inflow from the three-sand Aquifer is about460m3/h,the water inflow from the three-ash Aquifer is about 430m3/h,the temperature is over 40°c and the salinity is over 4 g/l,the water chemical type is SO4-Na type water,which is medium-low temperature and High-TDS mine water.(2)The treatment scheme of High-TDS water is put forward and the engineering application is carried out.A combined process of"ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis(BWRO)+one-stage tubular micro-filtration hard system+reverse osmosis(SWRO)+two-stage tubular micro-filtration hard system+ion exchange+decarbonization tower+electrodialysis+MVR evaporation crystallization"was designed.The treatment scale was 740m3/h,the total salt content of influent and sulfate are4540mg/l and 2510mg/l,the total salt content of effluent and sulfate are lower than1600mg/l and 650mg/l respectively,which meet the local discharge standard of Shandong Province.(3)The comprehensive utilization scheme of medium and low temperature mine water is optimized.According to the current situation of coal mine heating,the heat balance calculation is carried out,and the feasibility of using the waste heat of mine water to replace the existing boiler for coal mine heating is analyzed.Combined with the layout of the coal mine industrial square and the existing water supply network layout,the optimal layout and construction scheme of the coal mine waste heat resources are determined,and the comprehensive utilization of the waste heat of the medium and low temperature mine water is realized.There are 30 figures,23 tables and 82 references in this paper.
