The polypropylene is the thermosplastic polymer which becomes by the propylene monomer polymerization.It had spread widely because of its short process, simple operation, low cost but high rewards and other strongpoints. But it is hard to keep steady product quality and high precision in production, it primary due to that in polypropylene production polymerization reaction pair temperature accuracy cannot be controlled easily.; The polypropylene production is the intermittent operation; Production raw material has the instability; it needs to join three medicinal preparations by manual way .At the same time this production process lacks the online quality analysis measuring appliance, the cause product quality precision is not high, also quality analysis lag.This paper mainly discusses above question, the development has developed the polypropylene polymerization construction section control system, and will blur the theory and the control algorithm unifies applies in the polypropylene production the polymerization reaction pair temperature accuracy control.The main content as follows:(1)This writer uses both fuzzy theory and the control algorithm to deal with the unstable quality shortcoming and to improves the product quality. In the algorithm, adopting the polyreaction cauldron heat-transfer property analysis, summarizes the accusation object characteristic, proposed one kind according to the temperature classifying intelligent compound control plan.Called graduation fuzzy - PID control.(2)Secondly, this paper has studied this control plan in the polyreaction cauldron process control system concrete utilization method, and provided the software and hardware realization.The control system lower position machine uses Simens S7-300 PLC, it and the scene measuring appliance complete together to the scene the control and the data acquisition.(3)Finally, in the paper the system selects the domestic product "Kingview" to carry on the position machine monitoring software configuration, just of it has the good man-machine contact surface, it is easy to operate and to use vivid, reflect the scene intuitively the actual operating mode.This system has been used in the Jiangxi north of Jiangxi chemical plant operational, the system operates stably and high reliability.
