At first, This Article Elaborated the present situation of domestic and foreign polypropylene industrial production. It introduced the shortcoming of manual regulation way In production process of the polyreaction production section in the north of Jiangxi chemical plant. Then through an analysis and comparison of original control system, have put forward the automatic monitoring system of computer to finished the polypropylene with automatically controlled production process by combining IPC with PLC, i.e. It adopt industrial control computer as the upper computer, reliable PLC of control function steady as the down computer, realize to controlling automatic monitoring systems of two sets polyreacting cauldron and flashing cauldron at meantime. There is obvious improvement in reducing the hardware cost, raising systematic stability, reducing workers and maintaining the expenses, easy operation etc. in this kind of system.The main content of this text is as follows, have designed the monitoring automatically by computer and structure of control system, has adopted three sets S7-200 series PLCs of Germany Siemens Company and Yan Hua IPC-610 engineering control of machine, formed the monitoring system of the whole computer through RS485 bus. Use matching with its STEP7 programming software, has made the control programming of the next machine, Through this polyreaction control system, it can be finished automatically raw material, Polyreact, flash steam and retrieving of the whole course etc. according to the requirement, and realized automatically control of the pressure of polyreaction. Meanwhile, adopting ForceControl PCAuto2.6 in the Beijing Sunway ForceControl Techology Co.Ltd. went to configurate the upper computer, realized data record and monitor in real time on site, designed dynamic operation picture of polyreaction main procedure, record inquire, alarm, trend etc.In addition, this article has been optimized the key in the polypropylene production process —the control parameter and control method. After detailing the influences various kinds of factors of the polyreaction course, designed complex control scheme i.e. type control, fuzzy control and PID control together. It has actual meanings to workers strength and to improving the quality and quantity of the products.
