Under this background, the mold CAD system was established based on the author studied the UG second development and UG/Mold Wizard in the structure method foundation. Using UG, the author of this article has studied the theory and process of UG/Mold Wizard to realize the Injects Mold dividing line and dividing modular surface. Simultaneously, the author has studied produced the design flow of Injects Mold CAD module system. This article has confirmed the correlation theory method and the development system accuracy and the usability by the concrete example, too. The drawback of long development period, inferior quality and high cost of die and fairly .Depending on people experience was reduced in designing die by general CAD software. The automatic level of designing and manufacturing the Injects Mold was improved.
