| For many years, carbon black is an important reinforcing agent of rubber. As the lack of energy day by day and the rise of petroleum price in recent years, people have paid more and more attention to inorganic filler which was the substitute of carbon black, and white carbon black becomes the most white and transparent reinforcing agent because of its excellent reinforcing performance.In this subject, preparation of active silicon dioxide that is white carbon black were mainly from palygorskite clay which is cheap and rich, and use it as reinforcing agent in rubber after modification and comprehensive utilization of wastewater which product during the production to preparation of polymerized aluminum ferrum chloride at the same time. The results show that:Preparation of active silicon dioxide by palygorskite clay is feasible in technology, the active silicon dioxide which obtained by this method have better reinforcing effect and can be substitute for white carbon black used as a reinforcing agent in rubber. The best technological parameter of the preparation of active silicon dioxide obtained by the research is common pressure, temperature is 100℃, the ratio of solid to liquid as 1:3, quality concentration of hydrochloric acid is fifteen percent, the time of acid activation is 3h; the best parameter of the reinforcing rubber experiment is choosing A172 which is silane coupling agent as the modifier and its dosage is four to six percent of white carbon black , the dosage of silicon dioxide is forty portion by quality; the optimal technological parameter in the process of the preparation of PAFC is at 85-95℃, pH is 4.0, reaction time is 4-5h.By comparison and analysis, the obtained products has better actual application effect and this technics have lower cost and better economic benefit. |
