Clay minerals are important inorganic non-metallic mineral resources with abundant reserves and diverse types.One of the main types is clay minerals with illite as the main mineral.Most illite-type clay minerals are complex and of low purity and are difficult to use directly.Illite clay minerals are scarcely used as raw materials for silica and polymeric aluminum sulfate products.In this paper,illite-type clay minerals are used as raw materials to prepare white carbon black and polymeric aluminum sulfate by purifying and purifying the products.White carbon black can be used as paint filler,rubber reinforcing agent,plastic tackifier and touch Variable agents,thickeners such as synthetic greases and greases,etc.polymeric aluminum sulfate can be used for wastewater treatment.In this paper,the utilization of illite-type clay minerals not only considers the synthesis and recycling of experimental products,but also considers the economic and social benefits of this type of minerals,and opens up the use of illite-type clay minerals.In this paper,Inner Mongolia Shituoshan illite-type clay mineral was used as raw material,and silicon slag was obtained through calcination,acid leaching,filtration and other aspects of impurity removal pretreatment.The silica slag was alkali dissolved to obtain white carbon black;The pre-treated filtrate is evaporated,crystallized,filtered,and then purified to obtain a polymeric aluminum sulfate after polymerization,emulsification,aging,and filtration.The calcination experiments of 200 mesh illite-type clay mineral powders have found that the aluminum in the crystal structure of clay minerals is more easily leached when adding a certain amount of sodium carbonate and blending high-temperature calcination than directly calcining it.Illite clay mineral powder is alkali melt calcined and then leached with H2SO4 acid.The influences of seven factors,such as calcination temperature,calcination time,alkali-ore ratio,acid leaching reaction temperature,acid leaching reaction time,sulfuric acid concentration,and solid-liquid ratio,on the aluminum leaching rate in the raw materials were analyzed and obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The influence of various factors on the sequence and the best experimental conditions were:calcination temperature 850 ?,calcination time 90 min,alkali-ore ratio 2:5,acid leaching reaction temperature 90 ?,acid leaching reaction time 1.5 h,sulfuric acid concentration 30%,Solid to liquid ratio8:1.Under this condition,alumina leaching rate reached 85.38%,and the optimal conditions,the content of silica in the residue was 82.7%and the content of alumina was 4.22%.Using acid leaching filter residue as raw material,white carbon black with good performance was prepared by alkali dissolution process.The optimal experimental conditions for silica obtained by orthogonal experiment are as follows:solid-liquid ratio 12:1,concentration of NaOH solution 12%,reaction temperature 90?,reaction time 1.5 h.The polymeric aluminum sulfate was prepared by using the acid leaching filtrate as a raw material.The effects of salt radicality,reaction temperature,reaction time and other factors on the product turbidity removal rate and other parameters were comprehensively analyzed.The optimal preparation conditions were:salt.The basicity was controlled at 40%,the reaction time was 100 min,and the reaction temperature was 90 ?.At the same time,the influence of temperature,pH and flocculant dosage on the flocculation effect of coal slime water was explored.The prepared product reached the industry standard and has broad application prospects.
