In order to control the gas explosion accidents efficiently, based on the researches about coalmine safety assessment, the models of early-warning and gas monitor system that is used nowadays, the Indexes system of gas explosion risk assessment online and dynamical early-warning in coalmines has been established in this paper, which synthesize the relevant data and standard.On the basis of the indexes system, the model of risk synthetically assessment is built by Self-organizing Feature Map of neural network, and it obtains the practical measure of realizing the risk assessment online of gas explosion. For the sake of indexes micro-analysis , the paper has defined Frechet asymptotic distribution model of gas concentration extreme values by the theory of extreme statistics, which has also obtained the method of picking up the real threshold value with the needs of different coalmine. Therefore, the above researches lay the foundation that establishes the standard of dynamical early-warning, and the models have been proved by the actual data that is collected from coalmines, achieving good results.Finally, connecting with the existing monitoring system, the software of risk assessment online and dynamic early-warning system of gas explosion accident, which is based on the B/S structure of Intranet in coalmine enterprise, is developed. The realization of risk assessment online and dynamical early-warning of gas explosion in the production processing in coalmines, impels the strategy of safety administration from ex-post analysis to beforehand preparation.
