Azazirconacyclopentadienes are very useful in organic systhesis.For example,the systhesis of pyridine derivatives have been developed.However,the development of new C-C bond forming reaction using azazirconacycles is still rare.There are two parts in this thesis,one is the synthesis of substituted aminocyclopentenes,the other is the synthesis of pyrrole derivatives.In part one,we have studied the reaction of azazirconacyclopentadienes with benzylidenemalononitrile,we screened out the best reaction conditions,and seven desired products were synthesized with the yield from 33%to 62%.All new compounds were characterized by 1HNMR,13CNMR and HRMS.and one of them was fully confirmed by X-ray diffraction.In part two,we have studied the reaction of azazirconacyclopentadienes with ethyl propiolate,we screened out the best reaction condition,and one desired product was synthesized with the yield 38%.1HNMR,13CNMR and HRMS spectra of the compound is available,and further study of the reaction is in progress.
