Nano-SiO2 hollow sphere is a new type of porous inorganic nano-inert material,which has a large surface area,high mechanical strength,thermal stability,and other characteristics.Because of its good biocompatibility and surface easier to introduce other features of biological molecules,it has been applied in catalyst carder,the immobilization of enzymes and biological markers,even more in particular for drug release,targeting drug,intelligence drug,and other drug carrier research.In this paper,monodispersed CdS/SiO2 core-shell nanoparticle composites and hollow SiO2 spheres have been synthesized in W/O microemulsion containing Triton X-100,cyclohexane and n-caprylic alcohol. Hollow SiO2 spheres can be obtained by adding concentrated hydrochloric acid.The transmission electron Micrographs(TEM)and Scanning Electron Micrographs show that the size of hollow SiO2 spheres is 30~50nm with the hollow part of 7~10nm and monodispersed.From the FTIR pattern and XRD spectra of SiO2 hollow nanospheres,it is clear that the nanospheres are SiO2 and the crystal form of SiO2 is amorphous.The concentration of reagent,the addition amount of reagent and surfactant and the type of reagent can be influence on the size of nanoparticles.From the fluorescence detecting results,there is no significant impact on the combination of inorganic binding peptides and SiO2 hollow nanospheres under the conditions of ultrasound,whirlpool oscillation,high temperature and high ion intensity.The SiO2 hollow nanospheres were employed as a novel adsorption carder to study the adsorption and release behavior of indomethacin under stirring.The experimental results show that the maximum drug loading rate is 20%after adsorbing for 5 h.In a certain range,the concentration of indomethacin increased,the drug loading ratio of SiO2 hollow nanospheres is also increased.The types of solvent and ultrasound have a certain impact on the drug loading ratio.At the same time,it is different for the dissolution rate of drug in different solvents.In this paper,hollow silica spheres with the size of 400~600nm using polymerelectrolyte as a template.The inner diameter and the size of spheres can be adjusted by altering the concentration of polymerelectrolyte and TEOS. The amounts of ammonia could affect the uniformity of the particle.
