Micro-nano sized hollow sphere is a new type of material with unique morphology and structure,the particle size is from the nanometer to micron level.Due to its special structure,micro-nano sized hollow sphere is widely used in the field of chemical and biological catalysis,drug carriers,porous ceramics,optical materials,light filler,etc.The preparation of the hollow structure material mainly includes template method,self-assembly method and micro-emulsion method,and template method is the most commonly used method for preparing micro-nano sized hollow sphere,currently,the mainly used templates are CaCO3,polystyrene(PS),Sodium polyglutamate and polymer latex particles,etc.,however,there are still some limitations in these preparation methods,such as,the complex process of synthesizing template,the high cost and the bad impact on environment during the removal of the template.In this paper,micro-nano sized hollow silica sphere has been successfully synthesized in large quantities by using a green template colloidal carbon sphere and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)as the surfactant,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)is used as silicon sources,the as-prepared micro-nano sized hollow silica sphere is well mono-disperse,uniform in dimension and high sphericity.In the process of hydrothermal synthesis of colloidal carbon sphere,the glucose concentration,reaction temperature and holding time were studied and analyzed,respectively,and finally,the optimized experimental conditions in the synthesis of colloidal carbon sphere were determined.When the glucose concentration was 0.5 mol·L-1,the reaction temperature was 180? and the holding time was 10 h,the average particle size of the obtained colloidal carbon sphere was 0.5 ?m and it is well mono-disperse,uniform in dimension and high sphericity.In the process of preparing micro-nano sized hollow sphere,the pH value of the reaction solution,the amount of TEOS and CTAB were studied and analyzed,respectively.And the optimized experimental conditions for the preparation of micro-nano sized hollow sphere were determined.In the solvent of 200 mL ethanol and 100 mL deionized water,when the pH value was 10,the amount of TEOS was 10 mL,and CTAB was 2 g,the obtained micro-nano sized hollow sphere is well mono-disperse,uniform in dimension and high sphericity.Furthermore,the formation mechanism of micro-nano sized hollow sphere was analyzed.The applications of micro-nano sized hollow sphere in the field of drug carriers and porous ceramics were studied and analyzed.Experimental results suggested that the uptake amount of aspirin in micro-nano sized hollow sphere can reach 26%,and has excellent pH corresponding controllable release,which makes it widely used in the field of medical.The as-prepared micro-nano sized hollow sphere was used as the ceramic raw materials,the dielectric constant of the obtained porous silica ceramics is 2.76 and the density is 0.81 g·cm-3,which makes it have great potential value in the field of aerospace.
