The Study On Relationship Of Environmental Supervision, Technological Renovation And The Industrial Escalation

Under the circumstances of WTO, the technology barriers become one of the main methods of trade barriers adopted by the developed countries to protect the domestic industry from the invading of the goods from developing countries,which are of the low cost and low environmental standard.The developing countries like China also adopt environmental protection polices in recent 15 years.Haier is the beneficiary of the environmental protection polices,as it stand its feet on technological renovation to fulfil the more and more strict environmental supervision polices from home and abroad, and succeeded in occupying the market in Europe, and also become the domestic learder in the industry of household appliances, and its renovation in technology also promotes the escalation of China's household appliances industry. This case proves the theory put forward by Micheal Porter, that is the correctly designed environmental protection polices can motivate the technological renovation by the enterprises under supervision.As now more and more countries adopts environmental protection polices,all enterprises,whether they are foreign-oriented or not,will have to face this situation.How to understand the government's polices,what is the relationship between the environmental supervision and the technological renovation?What is the mechanism that the right supervision can promote the enterprise's ability to renovate techonology and the upgrade of the whole industry? These are the questions that all the enterprises eager to solve to survive in the fierce competition at home and abroad.This essay uses the theory of technology renovation,industrial economics and the green trade as theorical weapons ,and combines the method of qualitative and quantative analysis, theorical and cases analysis to study the mechanism the governmental environmental supervision and the enterprise's technological renovation,and try to prove that the two has obvious positive tropism,and finally proves the the former factor is an important motivative factor to the latter.
