Application Research Of Hardware Product Quality Data Mining And Evaluation Based On ASP Platform

In recent years, with the development of market economy and the manufacturing industry matures, the quality competition has become the core in the market competition, the collection, transmission and use of quality information has become one of the key factors in manufacturing enterprise management. How to make full use of the quality information through IT technology and network technology, improving the product quality, has become an important research topic.At this stage, as the using of information system become more and more popular, and the developing of information management, there is already much quality data in the enterprises. So, this paper using data mining and evaluation approach to analyze the product quality data according to the enterprise requirements, and integrate it into the ASP platform. The main content of this paper are as follows:(1) According to the business of hardware enterprise, and hardware product quality data characteristics, use the data warehouse technology and OLAP technology, build the hardware product quality data warehouse and the OLAP model, and the managers of enterprise can analyze the data by OLAP, also data warehouse can provide data for data mining.(2) Based on the study of valve product defect and the corresponding defect data, use the decision tree and association rule algorithm to mining the quality data, and retrieve useful knowledge from the data, helping the managers to trace the quality problem of valve product. Also, improve the incremental association rule algorithm; make it time sensitive, and apply it into quality data mining.(3) Considering the variety of factors affecting the hardware product quality, build a hardware product quality comprehensive evaluation model. Apply the extension evaluation method to evaluate the valve product quality, helping the managers to understanding the overall quality of the products.(4) Construct a hardware product quality data mining and evaluation system based on the key technologies mentioned above, through the running the application, the data mining and evaluation method in this paper can be proved feasible and effective.
