As the Internet of Things and cloud computing technologies are widely used in industrial production,the coal industry is developing in the direction of informatization.The scale of data managed by traditional coal mine data centers is huge and the data storage is relatively scattered,which brings great difficulty to the comprehensive management of data.This management method can no longer meet the needs of smart coal mines.In this paper,Hadoop is used as the data management platform of coal mine equipment,which provides a reliable technical framework for the storage of massive data in coal mine and superior system management performance.The research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Analyzing the basic requirements and functions of big data management system in coal mine.Considering the complex and diverse structure types of big data in coal mine,XML document technology is introduced to realize the unified description of data,and then model-driven mapping is used to realize the mapping of data from XML document format to database.Through these processes,the standardization of data is completed.(2)This paper analyzes the architecture of the whole coal mine equipment data management platform,including data collection,cleaning,transmission and data storage.To provide a convenient channel for the interaction between different equipments in coal mine site,this paper uses OPC UA protocol and OPC server to complete data collection.Considering that there are a few bad points in the collected data,this paper proposes a feature extraction scheme of coal mine data based on Map Reduce to clean the data.In order to realize the consistency of real-time data between the coal mine and the superior supervision center,the Redis-based data networking transmission architecture is adopted to realize low-delay data transmission and ensure the real-time performance of data acquisition.The massive data storage of coal mine equipment is completed by using HBase database of Hadoop ecosystem.The whole system is designed through the detailed description of these four parts.(3)In addition to completing Hadoop platform to complete efficient data management,this paper uses big data mining technology to mine valuable information from massive coal mine equipment data to realize efficient management of coal mines.Firstly,this paper puts forward a prediction model based on the combination of ARIMA and BP neural network to predict the running state of key equipment in coal mine.Also,using analytic hierarchy process to establish an evaluation model of health state of coal mine equipment.Finally,the data of shearer in a coal mine of Zaozhuang Mining Group is used to predict and evaluate the state of shearer.Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively make reasonable evaluation,which is beneficial to the management of coal mine.(4)This paper designs a management system which can realize the integration of multiple coal mines in Zaozhuang Mining Group.The management system designed in this paper can integrate the key parameters of each coal mine company and realize centralized and unified management of many scattered mines.At the same time,a virtual machine verification platform is built to test the storage,query,reading and writing performance of the system.Experiments show that the optimized scheduling resources of Hadoop cluster can cope with the big data background of coal mine.There are 37 figures,9 tables and 62 references in this paper.
