In order to accurately detect the plating amount and improve the manufacturing and imported quality of tin-plating board and zinc-plating board, carry on a meticulous research to examination method of plating quantity, Overcame the blemish on the principle of traditional examination method, resolve the problem of the examination accuracy by the root.Based on electrolytic delamination principle,using rare hydrochloric and NaCl as electrolyte solution, the paper adopts the method of differential electric potential to solve the problem of being difficult to laminate automatically of tin-plating board and zinc-plating board,. It also readjusts the error resulting from the charging current of double electrical layer.capacitances.the plating detector uses single-chip microprocessor Cygnal F005 as intelligent part, and can not only display and print the results itself, but also cooperate with the upper machine though a USB interface. The measuring accuracy of the apparatus is lower than 1%, the resolution is 0.001g/m2 and the repetition is superior to 0.5%.Through the test sponsored by the Institution of China Foodstuff Ferment, the detector is proved to have been achieving at an advanced level compared to its international fellow apparatuses. The detector has the advantages of being portable, easy to operate, high automatic, accurate and low-price, and has high economical and social benefits and expansive application prospect in metal packages of foodstuff industry and motorcar manufacture industry.
