The request of the metals surface plates'layer index sign more and more high, for the sake of the further exaltation of electroplate the craft level, in tallying up to electroplate equipments and electroplate the foundation of the craft present condition existingly, and check against to electroplate the development present condition of the power supply at home and abroad currently, manage a kind of new design way of thinking, designing to electroplate the control power supply- electric circuit driver of The double road control power supply.Magnetron Sputtering has been developed as one of the most important technologies in industrial coating, especially for large area deposition.Firstly, the paper mainly introduced several existing pulse Plating Power Supply that were applied in domestic and foreign plating equipments, and expatiated the developing status, secondly, summarized the basic specification ,classification , working principle and characteristics in detail .Introduced the main performance ,functions.Plating power supply controlled by PIC16F877 is designed for resolving the quality problem in power. On this basis, its control system is also designed. Due to its complicated output waveform ,Microchips PIC 16F877 single chip microcomputer is adopted for its control system ,thus the frequency ,amplitude and duty ratio of the output waveform can be regulated continuously ,and the running parameters can be indicated in real time ,that is convenient for technicians to make adjustments in time ,and also helpful for process development. This power takes the advantages of simple construction and reliable etc, and improves the quality of plating.
