Studying Of Surface Prorties And Color Rendering About Vacuum Plate Paper Of Aluminium

Vacuum plate paper of aluminium is a new packaging materials,which is the study of this subject. Aluminium-Plating Paper's making by vacuum evaporation. This paper is nonpoisonous, tasteless,and has environmental protection attribute of degradative and recyclable. It is a kind of green packing materials,which comply with the international trend of development of packing materials. The topics include theoretical and experimental research about this material.The bright metallic luster is from the vacuum thin aluminum layer of the vacuum plate paper of aluminium. This makes the surface of this material has special characteristics of color and printability. So this subject will carry on research from several following respects:(1) We will study the surface properties of vacuum plate paper of aluminium contrasting to the other materials,such as testing the glossiness,smoothness,penetrability and absorbency of ink of papers,then analyze the differences by Regression Analysis.(2) By experiments,we will text and analyze color cost,gray value,then draw the round range picture to analyze the law of color reproduction.(3)Through the experiments of CIE1976L~*a~*b~* ,we analyze the color cost of color of overprints.The study has offered a lot of experimental data for printing of vacuum plate paper of aluminium and made in order to grasp the printing characteristic and the standardized datumization management of this packing materials.
