In order to adapt to product diversification and reduce the demand for replacement cycle,composite machining has become one of the major development direction of CNC.The research is carried out on the innovation design and development of the vertical machine tool integrating turning with milling,mainly.studies the parallel mechanism,whole scheme design for the machine tool integrating turning with milling,virtual prototype simulation,and other issues.The paper details the current research status in domestic and international relevant fields, analyzes a planar 2DOF parallel mechanism,including kinematics,workspace,Statics and so on.the virtual prototype of the 2DOF parallel mechanism is simulated by using ADAMS,including the positive position solution,the inverse position solution and so on,and certifies analytic results in thesis.After the simulation by using ADAMS,parallel bars are processed as flexible bodys in ANSYS,then rigid bars in ADAMS are Replaced by the flexible bars gained in ANSYS,and we can carry on more accurate kinematics and dynamics simulation,and get the loaded file in ADAMS.In order to analyze the stress and strain of the flexible bars,and certifie the design of the bars,we can impose the load gained from ADAMS on the bars in ANSYS.Based on the design of the parallel mechanism,we design the whole scheme of the machine tool integrating turning with milling.
