The preparation of hybrid material,decoration in situ,assembly and hybrid are one-step continuously completed by pulsed laser ablation.Decorated nano-oxide ethanol sols and decorated nano-oxide/polymer organic sols are successively produced by pulsed laser ablation at the interface of oxide target submerged in the flowing liquid which contained modification agents.Then decorated nano-oxide/polymer hybrid thin films are obtained.It is found that the nano-oxide/polymer hybrid thin films radiate high fluorescence,which may be applied in LED in future.In this paper,decorated nano-ZnO ethanol sols and decorated nano ZnO/PS organic sols which were modified in situ were successively produced by pulsed laser ablation at the interface of ZnO target submerged in the flowing liquid which contained modification agents.Then decorated nano ZnO/PS hybrid thin films were obtained.It was found that Decorated nano-ZnO ethanol sols and decorated nano ZnO/PS hybrid thin films radiated intense blue light under ultraviolet radiation.TEM showed that the size of the nano ZnO particles distributed between 15 nm and 30 nm.TG-DSC revealed that the heat resistance of decorated nano ZnO/PS hybrid thin flims increased.Decorated nano-ZnO organic sols,decorated nano-Al2O3 organic sols and decorated nano-Eu2O3 organic sols were successively produced by pulsed laser ablation.Decorated nano-oxide mixed organic sols were obtained by mixing the three sols,then decorated nano-oxide/PS hybrid thin films were produced.The organic sols and hybrid thin films were investigated by TEM,UV-Vis,TG-DSC and fluorescence spectrum.It was found that the organic sols and hybrid thin films can radiate white light under ultraviolet radiation. |
