| Ancient lacquerware as an important cultural heritage, is a symbol of civilization for a country. In order to preserve the lacquer coating for longer time, the paper simulated different conditions corrosion of the corroded raw lacquer film on ancient lacquerwares under the ground floor, and then the corrosion mechanism of raw lacquer film was investigated. Ancient lacquerware film restoration and protection of the effective ways were studied. The main research work includes the following aspects:(1) Firstly, the raw lacquer film was corroded with acid, alkali and salt and other chemicals in order to simulate the corroded raw lacquer film on ancient lacquerwares, by infrared analysis, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis to study the corrosion of raw lacquer film, the mechanism of raw lacquer film corroded sodium hydroxide solution was stated.(2) The corroded film was restored with titanium tetrachloride, ethyl silicate and ferric chloride, respectively, by chemical remediation. Firstly, the methods and principle of the remediation on raw lacquer film through using these three reagent were studied. Secondly, the changes of physical and chemical properties of on the corroded film and the remedial film were investigated.(3) The corroded film was restored with diisocyanate by chemical remediation. Firstly, the reaction property of diisocyanate and the corroded raw lacquer film and the method of the remediation were researched. Secondly, the changes of physical and chemical properties of on the corroded film and the remedial film were investigated. |
