Raw lacquer,constitutes one of China's unique natural resources,as the coating has thousands of years of history,because the film has excellent corrosion resistance,excellent acid resistance and superhigh durability and so on,enjoy the king of the treatment of the paint industry.In recent years,with the study of raw lacquer deeply,people found that were high viscosity,not diluted,easy to allergies,long curing time and alkali resistance poorly.These seriously affected the application scope of Chinese lacquer.This paper is based on the research of the raw lacquer,in order to solve the problem of the existence of lacquer alkali difference,high viscosity,not diluted with water,improve the comprehensive utilization of lacquer.The main work includes four aspects,the specific research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Under the condition of polyethylene glycol(PEGGE),glycidyl3-pentadecenyl phenyl ether(GPPE)and ethanolamine as reactants,by extending chain reaction between amine groups and epoxy groups,synthesis of cardanol nonionic emulsifier.The structure and molecular weight of the synthesized products were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The results show that the CMPE emulsifier still retains the unsaturated long side chain of the cardanol molecule,and the synthesized product is basically consistent with the designed molecular structure.The surface activity of different CMPE emulsifiers was studied.The results showed that CMPE emulsifier had good surface activity.(2)According to the structure of cardanol and urushiol extremely similar,using self-made cardanol nonionic emulsifier to emulsify the refined lacquer(PRL).When the addition amount of CMPE8 emulsifier was 10%,and the phase inversion temperature was 55?,the water purification refined lacquer(WPRL)was prepared.The particle size of the emulsion was 540 nm,and has good stability.Lastly,the WPRL film of the conventional performance was testing,it still retains the excellent performance of PRL coating,while alkali resistance increased slightly.(3)Using urushiol and epoxy resin(E20)as reactants,by extending chainreaction between amine groups and epoxy groups,synthesis of the urushiol epoxy resin.Then using PEGGE and MEA grafted hydrophilic group onto the of homemade urushiol epoxy resin,to got an aqueous urushiol epoxy resin.The structure and molecular weight of the synthesized products were analyzed by FT-IR and GPC.According to the change of epoxy value,when the dosage of catalyst was 5%,the dosage of xylene solvent was 45%,under the condition of 130 ? and 5 h,the best urushiol epoxy resin was gotten.When the reaction condition was 75 ? and 6 h,the WUEP was gotten.Then,the WUEP emulsion with good stability and good water dispensability was prepared by reverse rotation method,and the phase inversion temperature was determined to be 75 ?.Lastly,comparison of the comprehensive performance of self-made emulsion and commercial epoxy emulsion coating film was similar,while they was poor of the acid resistance.(4)By mechanical blending method,homemade WPRL and self-made WUEP emulsion blends were prepared in different proportions.The results show that when the WUEP content is 10%~30%,the blend emulsion has good stability.When the content of WUEP was 30%,the corrosion resistance,acid and alkali resistance and heat resistance of the blend system were the best.
