At present, laser typesetting system is one of the critical systems in the Chinese printing and publishing. But in the application this system has always existed the compatible problem between the different Fapai laser typesetting system and the laser typesetting machines, which seriously affected the efficiency and correctness of the print production process. In view of this problem and on the basis of researching the current mainstream -- Chinese characters Fapai system, this paper puts forward the hardware design plan for the general and intelligence precise laser typesetting output control system, and studies the realization of this plan. This system can share the traditional manual function and the semi-automatic function, and eliminate the output errors of the Traditional-sharing, especially increase the function of distinguishing signal automatically which the Machinery-sharing failed to achieve. And the automatic controlling and security functions share of machinery the signal automatically identify, and features, improves the output quality of the Film ,can be applied to different types of laser typesetter. This system can be widely applied in the publishing and printing industry, and will propel the technical development of the printing and publishing.This system is mainly connected to the US'ECRM series laser typesetter, applies 89C52 SCM to control, and connects the Founder and the Huaguang Fapai system, automatically scan the Fapai control signal of RIP cards, boot automatically With the commencement of Fapai system. It can also be booted Manually, applies dual-use machine snatching technology at the time of Fapai ,scan and judge Fapai signal of RIP (or Power RIP) .The way of Fapai manner can be chose flexibly ,such as manual boot, artificial Fapai; manual boot, automatic Fapai; automatic boot, artificial Fapai; automatic boot, automatic Fapai. The mode of output can be chose according to specific condition, LOCAL, REMOTE, SERIAL.This paper mainly studies the hardware development design for the general and intelligence precise laser typesetting output control system, the core technology and the method of combination of Software and hardware, mainly with the design and analysis to the interface and signal, automatic control circuits, SCM etc. This system takes full advantage of the 89 C52 hardware and software technology. The system of developing speed, implementary speed, quality, well-structure, solid procedures and other aspects have been great developed.The reliability is an important indicator of SCM Control System. In the spot environment, the stability and reliability of the SCM system are particularly important, and must be given full attention. This paper mainly discusses the design of safety grounding technology and anti-jamming technology, analyzes different design ways, put forward the principles of safety grounding and focuses the analysis on the realization means of hardware anti-jamming technology.In order to solve the signal conflict producing at the time of the dual-control system control the same outputting equipment, the dual-use machine snatching technology is put forward in the research, which can uses the interface chip 3486,3487, and in conjunction with 89 C52 SCM, besides, uses signal isolation , differential transceivers and double-balanced differential signal transmission technology to solve the problem.The design quality of electronic circuit directly affects the pros and cons of products or the performance of circuit and the economic benefits. This thesis is the concrete realization of the interface chip, signal isolation and Pai Line and improves the quality of this system.
