In China, water is hardly polluted. As the development of economy and the improvement of people's live, water used in sight and drinking also needs higher request. The question of treating with light polluted water get more important. Studies of using attached algae to treat with light polluted water is not appear in newspsper so far.This paper studied the effect of removing ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in light polluted water by the way of attached algae in laboratory conditions.In the study of attached algae's growth rule , attached algae is put in complex light polluted water .It is resesrched that: mostly attached algae in this paper is filaceous bule algae and green algae.They can grow in complex light polluted water like other algae.The removing effection of attached algae in different density of algae and consistence of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus showed that :high algae density can get high removing efficiency. And middle-density can get maximum average removeal efficiency.so appropriate density of algae should be chosen.Phosphoms is a limited factor in the growth of attached algae . When TP in light polluted water is low, attached algae grows slowly,and NK4-N,Tp reduced slowly also。Cmparing with Phosphorus , the limition of Nitrogen is little.It is because some attached algae can use Nitrogen in air to grow.In the study of remove suspended algae by attached algae ,it is found that: attached algae can remove suspended algae in light polluted water. When attached algae and suspended algae mixed together , attached algae grows dominantly.Attached algae can restrain the growth of suspended algae.So attached algae can be used as a way of removing suspended algae in light polluted water.In this paper, it provide theoretics investigation and availability explore for attached algae applied in light polluted water treatment.
