Water eutrophication has led to an increasingly serious algae pollution,it can destroy the ecology,resulting in water black and smelly,and the release of algal toxins leads to a decrease in the safety of the water.Some algal toxins have a strong biological toxicity,so they can lead to human and other animals poisoning or even death through a variety of ways.So,the study of algae removal technology to remove algal toxins has important practical value.In this paper,algae culture was carried out with natural landscape water as the source of algae,and the device is homemade,the effects of light,medium,dissolved oxygen and water viscosity were investigated.It is found that light is a key factor affecting the growth of algae;different cultures promote the breeding of different species of algae,SE medium together with glucose can promote the reproduction of Tremble,while BG11 medium is suitable for the growth of Cytophyta;stirring can increase dissolved oxygen and reduce water viscosity,experiments proved that stirring is beneficial to the breeding of Tremble and Cytophyta,while mass reproduction of Scenedesmus happens in still water.Taking water in which Chlorella or Scenedesmus is the dominant algae as the object of study,the influencing factors of algae removal by coagulation sedimentation method were studied.The effects of coagulant type,dosage,pH,temperature,preoxidation,algae concentration,coagulant and agitator on the coagulation effect were studied,and the Zeta potential and floc morphology of the colloidal particles under different coagulants were analyzed,then the optimum coagulant for removing algae was determined as PAC.At last,validation experiments were carried out with high algae water in which Cytophyta is dominant algae,when the dosage of PAC was 70 mg / L,pH is 8 and water temperature is21 ?,removal rate of turbidity and algae is 91.84% and 95.29%,and water is clear and colorless.
