A Testing Research Of Leachate Disposal Through Appending Dominant Strains To Strengthen The SBR

SBR can effectively deal with municipal sewage and industrial wastewater low concentration of organic,wastewater removal in the COD,suspended matter and ammonia,which is widely used.However,due to leachate water quality is very complicated,containing a variety of organic pollutants,COD and ammonia content was high,to inhibit micro-organisms,often running to the SBR have a great impact. So this technology to be used to strengthen integration of SBR,the impact of SBR increase capacity,enhance the capacity of leachate.In this paper,Chengdu Changan landfill leachate as a study of ageing,adding that degradation of leachate COD and refractory the advantages of organic matter, strengthen SBR reactor deal with leachate,compared to dispose of refuse seepage Filtrate the results,study results showed that:(1)After 40 different water cycle on the domestication of sludge to deal with the pretreatment of the water,leachate,COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rate were 48%and 88%;deal with leachate,as is,COD and ammonia Removal rate reached 30 percent and 60 percent.SBR process aeration time use 14 h,operating conditions:influent of 0.25 h-h-aeration period of six anoxic aeration period of 2 h-4 h-2 h of hypoxia-aeration period of 4 h-h-precipitation of 0.5 drainage 0.25 h period.(2)Best of volume increase of 10%,the stripping - the micro-electrolysis treatment of leachate COD best,when the volume increase of 10%,COD removal rate reached 80.9%.(3)Addition of advantages and not to increase the advantages of SBR reactor dealt with separately by stripping - the micro-electrolysis leachate,after the stripping of the leachate and leachate as it stood,COD removal rate increased 21.1%,15.4%and 13.8%of ammonia removal rate increased 5.6%,8.1%and 7.2%; E260 increased by 31.3%,12.7%and 13.9%.The A reactor handles the rubbish infiltration liquid escaping from tiny electrolysis process boasting,phase transformation of biological diversity,sludge floc structure closely.put up water water quality condition stability,put up water COD thickness being 89.6 mg/L～151.0 mg/L,reach house refuse infiltration liquid discharging(GB16889～1997)two stages standards,the ammonia nitrogen puts up water thickness being 2.1mg/L～10.0mg/L,reach house refuse infiltration liquid discharging(GB16889～1997)grade-one standards.Jump into a new sludge system is able to bear the impingement ability after adding the advantage bacterium strong,throw but the sludge system adding the advantage bacterium bearing without end too high load,throw the average SBR reactor SBR still better than selling result at reduced prices reactor adding the advantage bacterium by that sludge activity restores the queen.
