Coal blending is the high-quality metallurgical coke, which uniformed by two or more of coal, in accordance with the appropriate ratio, and complementarity between the various coal. Because of the diversity and complexity of coal, it has not yet to form the universal application of precision blending theory. Blending various theories have certain limitations. The research coal blending coking, improves the coke quality regarding the coked enterprise, to increase the economic efficiency, have import meaning.According to author's actual working ,the paper make the actual production working in ZiXin coke electronics Corporation Limited for study , with coal on the G, Y value of the index changes and the third causes of factors indicators, a multi - Groups with different ratio of industrial coal coking test, having achieved the expected result. It solved the company,s coking technical problems over the years, that in the process of coking G, Y value targets can not be well adapted to the changing structure of our plant coking coal, unable to accurately guide scientific and rational coking coal, the forecast error of coke quality occurred more frequently, also it's hard to give a reasonable explanation for the abnormal situation for the coke quality.The paper displayed the coal inert material capacity which stand for the third causes of factors indicators, use of the capacity of coal and coal lazy analysis of the vitrinite reflectance distribution maps, we can judge intuitively the coal mixed , combine with traditional coal technology Indicators G, Y value, make the blending programme optimization and adjustment, can achieve better guidance to the reasonable purpose of coking coal.The research results showed that, the coal inert material capacity indicator which stand for the third cause of coal. With the coal and rock combination of coal in the vitrinite reflectance, correct and add the overlapping layers of principle and glial blending conventional method (based on G, Y value), not only coke products greatly increased strength, particularly in the M40 indicators on the more obvious increases, and ensure the quality of coke to meet BF Production needs.Use of the project's findings, under the current coal supplying circumstances, it can not only make the small and medium-sized coke plant still qualified to refining the quality of Coke to meet the needs of the steel industry, but also in coal production in the current use of conventional indicators G, Y values can not explain the abnormal phenomenon, can basically be reasonable and satisfactory explanation.
