| Introducing several methods to produceα-olefin. Paraffin cracking is often adopted to makeα-olefin in our country. To analyse the influence ofα-olefin quality caused by Paraffin cracking technic. Additionally, variety of the developing products made ofα-olefin is introduced also.It is proved that the quality of raw paraffin affect directly the quality and output ofα-olefin.To make the mainly reaction play leading role, reduce accessory reaction, the cycloparaffin hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, olefin hydrocarbon and impurity should be reduced by any possibility. Quality ofα-olefin is also influenced by the cracking temperature and transforming rate.The test of synthetical polyα-olefin oil (PAO) from semi-paraffin- cracking madeα-olefin was fulfilled in 2003, further more, the subsequence industrialized experiments of PAO were applied successfully in 2004 and 2005, all the experiments showned thatα-olefin content was up to 80%, and the total olefin content was more than 90%, and the concentration of impurity contained S and N element was less than 1 mg/kg, moreover, liquid olefin productivity was more than 60%. It was found that the higher cracking temperature and transforming rate, the more content of olefin hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon liquid olefin had.The detailed studies were examined on the quality of semi-paraffin- crackingα-olefin and the property of successive products derived from olefin. The optimization conditions that the crack temperature was 580℃and the ratio of water to paraffin was 25% was obtained.The research indicated that the quality ofα-olefin is improved notably by the technic and the products made ofα-olefin were applied in many fields. |
