Deep rolling is making use of the forming process of the elastically deformed metallic material. By plastically deforming the workpiece's surface layer, both roller burnishing and deep rolling achieve a very smooth surface finish. The surface's peak are pressed down,almost vertically,into the surface and material the flows into the valleys between the peaks.The resulting smooth surface occurs because the material at the workpiece surface is plastically deformed,thus eliminates surface roughness.So deep rolling has some advantage,such as high efficiency high precision fine smooth surface and lower the worker labor etc. After deep rolling, the machined workpiece can improve the surface hardness, increase bear of corrosive and application, decrease centralize of the stress which is caused by surface roughness.Elasticity deforming and plastically deforming in the rolling process are investigated in the paper based on the elasticity deforming and plastically deforming basic theory, deep rolling principl and deep hole machining technique.Design a crosstab table of three-factors and three-levels, The paper also analysises the deep rolling technique parameters effect factors on rolling quality, Based on a project example, is confirmed the technique parameters of guide to produce. and validates the rolling force by the method of examination.This paper introduce a functional boring-rolling tool structure principle detailedly by designing high efficiency TGZ hydraulic tooling system according to boring and rolling machining technique parameters.As designer of machine we can know more about the deep rolling parameters from the article. Also the research can guide customers to work. So we will gain more and more customers and create more economy value.
