The facility malfunction of rolling mill and mass blemish of roll steel are technical problem in steel manufacture.It's very important to effectively surpervise on-line status for improving the quality of steel pipe and preventing or avoiding accident.The paper absorbs a lot of advanced technique of on-line surpervision,designs and develops a set of continuous rolling-seamless steel pipe on-line supervision system aiming at manufacture technical characteristics of continuous steel tube unit,and run characteristic of mechanical equipment. And then regarding it as a main line,several questions have been studied in detail.1.Based on the analysis of electricity bridge principle and temperature compensate,design project of pressure sensor is choosed.And on the analysis of calculator data collecting,data conversion,main function electric circuit and the problem,fuction,style and realizing method of the interface between sensor and computer,data collective card and computer is selected.2.Construction design,demarcate,seal and defend is proceeded,and the strain change principle along with the pressure is matched basically with the real practice. And the FEM software ANSYS is used to imitate the process of the whole distance mark, so that the problem of the limited distance in pressure machine is resolved.3. The LabVIEW software is adopted to proceed the total design,and the multi-threading technique is adopted to solve to the real time system, and database technique is adopted to manage effectively the primitive data and the history data.4.Taken continuous rolling-seamless steel pipe as experiment object,a on-line surpervision system has been established.It has been proved by the control curve that the on-line system in this paper are more useful.The system realize on-line surpervision to such parameters as rolling-force,electrical current,rotate speed,and preservation,inquiry and analyse of history datum with the function of storage,signalanalysis,characteristic distill,status distinguish,data management and sound alarm.From installation on spot till now,the system runs stability.Thus the supervise levels and product quality are improved,and provides scientifical gist for reasonable adjustment rolling parameters.
