Paint protection was to prevent metal corrosion of the most effective methods. Titanium nano-modified polymer anti-corrosion coating could be effective polymer bearing sewage solution erode the tubing. Through the orthogonal experiment, determined titanium nano-modified polymer anticorrosion coating formulations. Used of anti-polymer bearing sewage solution corrosion tests, the coating conventional testing, corrosion resistance test, the thickness measured, metal graphic tests, SEM test, resistivity-time curve tests, weight loss, compact nature of titanium nano-modified polymer anticorrosion coatings characterized, revealed anti-corrosion mechanism of the nano-titanium modified polymer anti-corrosion coating.Titanium nano-modified polymer anticorrosion coating performance test results showed that the best formula for: TH-68 resin 100g, titanium nano-modified polymer 8g, hollow glass microspheres 20g, 435 leveling agent 5g, BYK-323 for 2g, coupling agent 4g, bentonite 2g, curing agent 1.5g. Coating performance tested results: flexibility 1mm, adhesion one, resistance to impact of 50 kg·cm, pencil hardness 5H, gloss 98%. Anti- polymer bearing sewage solution corrosion tested result that coating intact for 8000h. SEM tested surface coating formation intact. Resistance-time curve showed that the prescription anti-corrosion coatings had no change with excellent properties in 60 days. Weight loss measured the titanium nano-modified polymer anticorrosion coating weightlessness 0.001g in 30 days. Corrosion-resistant chemical reagents tested results: the surface coating had no changes after emerged 5000h in 30% sulfuric acid solution, 10% NaOH, 10% nitric acid solution, 10% HCl solution, 3.5% NaCl solution and soaked in petrol. The surface coating had no blistering, wrinkling, peeling and rust after emerged 720h in the salt spray test. Its optical microscope photo showed coating thickness uniformity, titanium nano-modified polymer dispersion coating, evenly distributed. The test results indicated that the nanoparticles of titanium to make nano-modified polymer anticorrosion coatings generated a lot of better characteristics than other anti-corrosion coating.In addition, this paper also identified titanium nano-modified polymer anti- corrosion coatings in the best conditions. Preparation process: grinding for 3 h to the fineness of 40μm. Construction technology: phosphide substrate, phosphating thickness of 4~6μm, determine when spraying paint mixed with the solvent content of 10:1. Film curing at the best baking temperature for 150℃and time for 30 min.Anti-corrosion mechanism of titanium nano-modified polymer anticorrosion coatings: titanium nano-modified polymer could be stable, homogeneous distribution of the dispersion in organic coatings, played nanomaterials volume effect and surface effects. The titanium nano-modified polymer could be effective filling coating "microporous", increased the adhesion between coating and the substrate interface, which greatly improved the preservative properties of the coating.
