In light of Surface Mining, System Analyzing Principle, Reliability Theory, Technical and Economic Analyzing Method, System Simulation and computer technique, the thesis aims at optimum research on coal conveying system in dragline overcast stripping system for meeting the practical needs of our country's importing dragline stripping system.Based on the reviewing of research results both at home and abroad, the influence of dragline overcast stripping system used on coal conveying system was analyzed, as well as three typical coal conveying systems: truck - ground crusher– belt conveyor conveying system, truck– end wall crusher– belt conveyor conveying system, and truck– pit bottom crusher– underground belt conveyor conveying system. The optimization focal points were put forward in the thesis, truck conveying channel, sloping ramp moving increment, and ground crusher station moving increment were that of ground crusher system optimum, truck conveying channel, disposal modality of crusher station, sloping ramp and crusher moving increment and belt conveyor channel were that of end wall crusher station optimum, form and position of crusher station, the tunnel form and modality of transshipment were that of pit bottom crusher system. Based on the comprehensive analysis, truck conveying channel and crusher station moving increment optimization criterions were defined and optimum models were established in different systems. In consideration of the characteristics of surface coal mine production, evaluation system was constituted by Weight Coefficient method and Delphi technique method comprehensive evaluation methods were offered to set up reasonable coal conveying system in dragline stripping system. Based on the production conditions of Zhungeer Energy Limited Liability Company Heidaigou Surface Coal Mine, case study was carried out to validate the practicability of optimization method and the rationality of actual coal conveying system.Based on the resource conditions of China, optimum research of coal conveying system in dragline overcast stripping system was carried out. The research production will be significant in accelerating the application and improving the economic benefit of dragline stripping system used in China.
