This paper starts from the demand of semi-continuous process of semi-fixed crushing station,which is widely used in open-pit coal mines in China,and uses the principles of open-pit mining,system safety evaluation,technical and economic principles,numerical analysis and computer software technology to collect data through investigation.Theoretical analysis and on-site engineering practice,research on the selection of crusher in open pit mine,the removal of crushing station and the reliability analysis and application of semi-continuous semi-continuous coal mining.Firstly,the classification of the crushing station is detailed to determine the research goal of the semi-continuous crushing station semi-continuous process system.From the four aspects of mine production needs,material conditions,equipment conditions and social factors,the factors affecting the selection of crusher are analyzed,and the primary selection model is established according to the rigid conditions such as the feed size,discharge size,material hardness and mine production capacity that must be met,narrow the selection range.With the goal of the lowest unit production cost,based on the principle of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the crusher optimization selection system is established,and the overall selection of the crusher is determined.Secondly,according to the crushing and transporting materials of the crushing station,it is divided into the semi-continuous process of stripping and the semi-continuous process of coal mining.The factors affecting the location selection are analyzed and quantified,and the impact indicators are quantified.The crushing station is established with the principle of minimum cost.The function relationship under the position is based on the production conditions of Weijiamao open-pit mine.Combined with MATLAB software,the optimal placement position is 1080 m.Based on the principle of equal cost and the principle of minimum unit cost,the displacement step optimization model is established and mutually verified,so as to determine the shifting step and the shifting period,which provides ascientific and reasonable semi-continuous process for the semi-fixed crushing station of the mine.Move the optimization method.Finally,based on a detailed analysis of the structural composition and failure factors of the semi-continuous coal mining process,combined with the Weijiamao open-pit mine production system,the accident tree analysis method is used for each link subsystem and the total semi-fixed semi-continuous coal transportation system.A corresponding accident tree was established and the system unreliability was found to be 0.36 through qualitative and quantitative studies.Through the system design optimization,equipment maintenance optimization and safety monitoring system optimization,the reliability research is carried out,the buffer pool is optimized,the parallel redundancy is used to improve the reliability of the system,and the parallel redundancy commonly used by mining enterprises is analyzed in detail.The effect of the serial-parallel and parallel-series redundancy methods on the increase of system reliability is improved.The results show that the parallel-series redundancy is more effective for improving the reliability of the system.The paper verifies the practicability of the established model and theoretical results through the example of Weijiamao Mine.The research results have positive significance for promoting the development of semi-continuous process system in open pit mines in China.
