China has the most serious water disaster, the confined water irruption is the problem which most mines of China are facing in the safety production. The Xin'an Mine, Yima Mine Group, is facing the problem of mining upon the Ordovician high confined water. This paper analyzed the Hydro-geological environment of Xin'an Mine to be prepared for the next prevention measures. The conclusion is that the important point of the prevention is Ordovician limestone confined water, also the danger and strength of water inrush will increase after reservoir of Xiaolangdi impounds. The type and influencing factor of water inrush were analyzed, and the disruption depth in floor rock mass and ultimate pressure of water inrush were studied using elastic-plastic theory. Also the test of disruption depth in floor rock mass was designed. The theory base was supplied for the forecast and prevention of water inrush from coal floor.Fluid-mechanics coupling analysis was made to the disruption depth, range, property and process of floor in the case of confined water or not using numeric simulation software, FLAC. Some conclusions were drawn by comparing and analyzing.Combined with factual condition of Xin'an Mine, forecast of floor water inrush risk was made by method of water inrush coefficient, theory computation and"three under-seam belts". Forecast of floor water inrush quantity was made by building BP artificial neural network model. Based on these analyses, this paper suggested the prevention methods of confined water by strengthening geology exploration, optimizing workface disposal and reinforce floor with grouting,The design of grouting station system, choosing the grouting material and design the parameters of grouting testing workface was completed.
