A new series of cement additives for deep wells are developed based on the applied chemical and cementing research, including retarder ,dispersant and fluid loss agent. In this paper the mechanism of additives and synthesis procedure and application effects are discussed in details. The series additives have been used in many deep wells. Good slurry properties can be achieved under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. The Cement Bond Logging curve appears better cement quality. Research shows: dispersant SDJZ can improve the slurry rheology efficiently with good compatibility to others. As the retarder dosage changed, thickening time can be easily adjusted. As a membrane-forming agent, fluid loss agent PVA controls fluid loss efficiently, which also has good compatibility with other additives.
