Cementing is a very important factor during developing oil and gas resources,cementing quality can affect the process of drilling wells,oil and gas resources long-term and stable exploitation,oil recovery capacity.For deep well,ultra-deep well,the formation environment of high temperature and pressure is a major problem faced by cementing to solve.For HPHT(high temperature and high pressure)cementing,this paper studies the interaction and compatibility between the new high-temperature hydrothermal system and cementing additives,and optimizes the type and dosage of additives which are fit for new hydrothermal synthesis material.We develop a new high-temperature cementing fluid system and promote the application of new high-temperature hydrothermal synthetic material system.By testing the hydrothermal synthetic material property including thickening time,fluid loss and rheological under different types and dosages of additives containing retarder,fluid loss,dispersant,we get the influence of additives type for cementing engineering performance of hydrothermal synthetic material system.Simultaneously we obtain the suitable types of retarder,fluid loss,dispersant and optimal dosage range for hydrothermal synthetic material system.Using methods of SEM,UV absorbance,IR spectrum,Zeta potential,the AMPS-copolymers retarder mechanisms of adsorption and complexation to new cementing material are revealed;Using methods of Zeta potential and SEM,the AMPS-copolymers fluid loss additives mechanisms of block,improving distribution of particle size grading,adsorption to new cementing material are revealed.Through testing Zeta potential,this paper reveals the mechanism of dispersant type of sulfonated aldehydes and ketones,which dispersant molecular can adsorb on the surface of the new cementing material to change the electrostatic repulsion between the particles.According to the interaction between hydrothermal synthetic material and retarder,fluid loss additive,dispersant,this paper develops a new high temperature cementing fluid system and tests various properties of this new system.The result shows that this new cementing fluid system has a excellent thickening time,low fluid loss,good rheology,high compressive strength and the property of this system is very stable.This new high temperature cementing fluid system has excellent heat resistance mechanical properties and meets the requirements of high temperature cementing.This cementing fluid provides a new cementing fluid system for HPTP cementing.
