The Research Of Three-dimensional Technique For PDC Bit Designing

In order to reach the goal of improving PDC bit design efficiency, this thsis has studied the principle of corresponding CAD and implementation method on the basis of SolidWorks 2006 function and module, has put forward the systematic scheme and implementation method of PDC bit three-dimension designing system based on SolidWorks 2006 software platform. The system adopts Visual Basic 6.0 developing instrument and development way which base on chaining the storehouse dynamically (*. dll file). (1)According to the PDC bit structural characteristic, this thesis has set up the compound coordinate system of describing the geometirc structure of PDC bit, has set up the sectional form design model of PDC bit, has provided the rational cloth tooth parameter design method. (2)This thesis has cut apart the structure of PDC bit to the PDC bit structural characteristic, has carried on the three-dimensional model to body of bit, blade, cogging separately, bit crown and the models built are the models that the variable parameter is driven. This thesis has assembled the models built under the circumstances that SolidWorks assembled the environment, has finished the PDC bit three-dimensional model.(3)This thesis has recommended carrying on the redevelopment method to SolidWorks with Visual Basic, to the setting-up, opening, keeping of SolidWorks files separately, chain the database, establish plug-in package, has increased functions such as the tool bar,etc. and carried on research, has realized the interface of PDC bit model that variable parameter drives built with the front,has finished calculating and driving the course of the model through designing.(4)This thesis has developed and designed the software to design for PDC bit three-dimension of the platform with SolidWorks three-dimension software. The software includes file management, bit body design, blade design, cut tooth design, bit crown design etc..The design has developed standard EXE procedure this time, at the same time for being easy to use, has improved the project, has developed the menu plug-in package for SolidWorks.The design has hung the interface of every module on the main menu of SolidWorks software. (5)According to the rock characteristic of the block of Xifeng, this thesis has designed four blade PDC bits that the suitable directional well creeps into, has made better result.
