Technical Research On Open-Stope Mining Method Computer Aided Design

Mineral resource is one of the most important ingredients of the national economy. Our country, which is in a period of industrialization and rapid development more depend on mineral resources than other countries. Mining method is to do research on the ore-mining unit. As an important part of mining method, great importance has been attached to stope mining method in the field of mining design.The essence of stope mining method mainly relies on the stability of surrounding rock and pillar left to support the roof rock and manage earth pressure, empty mining area will be ignored. Due to the different inclination and thickness of mined ore, stope mining method has been divided into five specific mining methods, which include shrinkage mining method, room and pillar mining method, comprehensive mining method, sub-stope method and stage stop method. Based on the analysis of the process flow of open-stope mining method, this paper put forward the process flow chart of open-stope mining method, which supply a reliable basis for logic design of computer-aided design stope mining method. NET file is two-dimensional graphics data storage format of LionKing digital platform,3DT file is three-dimensional model data storage format of LionKing digital platform. Given the convenience of procedure development, ease of modification and post maintenance needs, this paper set up NET library of documents and 3DT file method library. This paper based on the national high-tech research and development projects focused on project digitizing mining key technology. Through the original data and simple attributes description, using VB language and LionKing geographic information system, this paper has built the ore two dimensional drawings, established a realistic three dimensional model, and completed the main economic index calculation.This design achievement has reached the intuitive, efficient results, which increases the the initiative of scheme implementation. This design achievement can give an auxiliary support for the actual production and have very good application prospects.
