| In recent years, the feathered development of horizontal well drilling and completion technique has played an important role in oil and gas field exploration and development, and also has an obvious advantage in enhancing oil recovery. The completion of horizontal well is a crucial part of the whole horizontal well technology. The choosing of the well completion method and parameters will directly influence the later whole process of horizontal well exploitation and production. So it is significant to study and optimize well completion methods and parameters of horizontal wells.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, the adaptive geologic condition of each current completion method and the affecting factors of completion choice, from the point of well completion project, this paper optimized four completion methods, which are perforated completion, slotted liner completion, open-hole gravel packing completion and open-hole pre-packed gravel screen completion. Obtained the deliverability equation of four completion methods in sandstone reservoir and carbonate reservoir according to resolvent formula of each completion's skin factor, and optimizes their parameters on the basis of formation's character.Aiming at the above mentioned content, using Visual basic processed computer program, developed the horizontal well completion and parameter optimization software. Through application in sample well, the software has been confirmed feasible in calculation methods and completion choice, at the same time, insured the theory system founded by this paper.For the reservoir of containing bottom water, the critical production rate and break through time of water cresting was calculated and the water control measurements were proposed. |
