Horizon well is an important technic to develop the oil field efficiently and improve the recovery ratio. However, due to the influence of heel–toe effect of the horizon well and reservoir inhomogeneous characteristics, in bottom water reservoir the problem of uneven fluid supply flow to the production segment is happening,which affects horizon well productivity severely. So how to assure the reservoir balanced flow for the fluid to the horizon well must be solved.This paper uses horizon well in bottom water reservoir as research subject, method of control fluid completion as research content and parameters of control fluid completion as design target to set up relative physical and mathematical modem,and using reservoir geological data, reservoir physical material and production operation management material, through segment of horizon well, production distribution of each production segment and design calculation of pressure deduction of each production segment and control fluid screen parameters to form a complete and practical method of optimizing control fluid completion parameters.Finally, the analysis study of inhomogeneous and homogeneous reservoir adjustment results and homogeneous reservoir under deferent conditions reaches the conclusion that under the same co nditions the adjustment result in inhomogeneous is better than in homogeneous, while as under deferent conditions reaches the conclusion that with the increases of well length, distribution production, oil viscosity, the λ of traditional completion raises and earlier breakthrough water time,while the λ of balance fluid completion is hardly changed and there is little change in the breakthrough water time. The influence of height of water avoidance and size of screen liner to the λ is small. With the height of water avoidance increased, the breakthrough water times of both are increased, but the change extent of the balance fluid completion is bigger than traditional completion. The smaller the size of screen liner is, the shorter are the breakthrough water times, and the change extent of the traditional completion is bigger than balance fluid completion. Finally the superiority of the balance fluid completion is proven.
